Stella Canis Roasting is a specialty coffee micro-roaster based in Los Angeles. We source only single origin, fair trade and mainly organic green coffee beans from around the world, and roast them to order. Stella Canis was born from the idea that high quality coffee that is truly fresh speaks for itself.
